Hot tubs at our properties are maintained at a comfortable temperature and will be ready for use at the time of check-in. Our housekeeping and maintenance teams prepare each property before every guest arrival, including verifying that the hot tub is clean, treated and heated.
Is the hot tub private or shared?
All hot tubs at Bella Palazzo properties are private to your rental. They are located on the property grounds and are for the exclusive use of registered guests during your stay.
Can we use the hot tub year-round in Arizona?
Yes. Arizona's climate makes hot tub use enjoyable throughout the year. Evening soaks are especially popular during the cooler months from November through March. During summer, many guests enjoy the hot tub after sunset when temperatures are more comfortable.
How many people does the hot tub accommodate?
Hot tub capacity varies by property. Most hot tubs at our homes seat between four and eight guests comfortably. The specific capacity is noted in each property's amenity details.
Are there safety guidelines for hot tub use?
Yes. Each property includes hot tub guidelines covering recommended temperature limits, maximum soak duration and general safety practices. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the hot tub. Specific rules are provided in the property's welcome guide.
Do properties with hot tubs also have pools?
Many of our Hot Tub Homes also feature private pools, but this varies by property. Each listing clearly indicates whether the home includes a pool, a hot tub or both. Use the amenity filters on our website to find homes that include the combination you prefer.
Is the hot tub maintained between guest stays?
Yes. Our maintenance team services the hot tub between every guest stay. This includes water testing, chemical balancing, filter cleaning and a full sanitation cycle. We follow strict maintenance protocols to ensure the hot tub is clean and safe for every arrival.
