By submitting an inquiry to our website or reservation staff, or renting one of our properties, you will automatically be included in our weekly email notification of last minute specials as well as notice of any of our vacation properties that may be for sale. You may unsubscribe from these notifications electronically at any time, or by calling our office during regular business hours.

We take your privacy seriously and you will never find any cameras inside of our homes or in the backyards. Your privacy and protection is of utmost importance to us.

By providing your phone number to Bella Palazzo LLC, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from us related to your reservations, customer service, promotional offers, last-minute deals, property availability and other relevant updates. We may use your personal information, including your phone number, to send these messages through third-party SMS platforms. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by following the instructions provided in the message or by contacting our office. We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number for third-party marketing purposes.

Cancellation

Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Margie Van Zee again, simply sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

If we include a link in messages we send you, you may also access instructions on how to unsubscribe and our company information by following that link.

Transfer of Number

You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply "STOP" from the original number, unsubscribe using the link included in our messages (if one is provided), or notify us of your old number at margie@bellapalazzo.com.
